I've had two poor encounters with Charles Gabus. The first was with Sales. I was purchasing a new Mustang in 2014 and ultimately they really ignored me because it was to close to closing. (It was not closed) After so many years I decided to try again and the sales department was great. They stayed late and really worked to meet my expectations. Best dealer experience I ever had in my 50+ years of car buying. From the minute I walked in the door, throughout the entire process, it was top notch. The salesperson was awesome, and everyone else involved were very customer oriented.
My 2023 Escape doors would not unlock and called Gabus and they said it must be a dead battery. My car, in finding out, has a gas saving feature when stop at stop signs or lights. It takes a certain type of battery for this feature. The Mobile employee, John Jackson. was able to stop by my home and check on my car that same day that I called Ford. We called ahead to make sure the car was available. Anthony responded that it was and would have it out front for when we arrived. The car checked the boxes for us. They offered a fair amount for the trade in vehicle. Did the paperwork and headed home in about hour and half. Would recommend to anyone.

We were in town for my husband's surgery a day ahead of storms in Mt Ayr area. The Ford truck showed a low tire so we tried to air it up without success. Called Charles Gabus and explained att 4:30 pm Saturday. Even though service was closed they aired all 4 tires for us. We've bought our last 3 new F-150 trucks here and always have great service. We'd have been in trouble without their help. So appreciated.

The service guy talked us into spending $600 to get the maintenance done with the miles that was on my vehicle. We drove 1300 miles the following week without any issues. It’s a 2020 Edge.
