Bought a 2024 F 250L Lariat w/ 58k miles at a dealer in Omaha. Couldn’t find anything in central Iowa like this truck that I wanted. However, fortunately, it’s Gold certified, and there were several pricey problems to be fixed under warranty. The power mirrors were not functioning properly and there was a problem with a side window electrically and there was a missing air dam on the front end. The other morning, I had a piece of metal in my back left tire. I was not far from our Ford dealer where we normally take our vehicles. They got it patched quickly and I was on my way.
Professional, experienced, and timely. We have purchased four vehicles from Charles Gabus Ford over the years and have been very satisfied with both sales and service. The nationwide service network provided by the Ford motor company has allowed us to have our vehicles serviced in a timely manner, even while traveling on extended trips out of state. Cannot recommend them enough.

This review pertains ONLY to Gabus body shop. I’m a Progressive insurance customer. Gabus is a preferred shop for Progressive. I had a minor accident hitting a deer. I’ve been without my vehicle for 5 weeks now. At week 4 they contacted me to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival to the shop the repairs were not completed correctly. Hood still bent, chrome loose in the grill, missing parts, and passenger mirror not involved in the accident was visibly loose. After receiving notice that my vehicle was subject to a Ford recall, I called the dealer close to where I live. Unfortunately, I could get past the automated answering service. I gave up and called Gabus, I not only got through right away and was able to talk to a live person, but they volunteered to come to my house and do the work. They arrived promptly as scheduled, and completed the work without any interruption to my day.

Josh (and team) was great from start to finish in the process. He went above and beyond to get me a used car with low mileage in my price range that has all the bells and whistles. I can’t recommend the dealership enough.
Scheduled service on the Ford app was so easy. Always excellent service at Charles Gabus Ford, reasonable rates and advice.
I took it in. They took me home. They called me kept me informed it was gonna be the next day but they come back to get me when it was done which was fairly early in the day. I also got $100 refund that I had paid them that they found out I didn’t need to. So they’re sending me a check. I have always been treated like they cared about any problems that I had and they were always pretty quick to get something taken care of.
The only ford dealership in Des Moines and surrounding areas that I’ll take my vehicles to. They’re friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and didn’t assume I knew nothing about my vehicle just because I am a woman. Absolutely recommend them whether it’s for buying or maintenance.
I had air bag recall. Tech came to my home and changed in driveway. Now something is wrong with sensor when I started it after tech left. Now this will cost me. Not sure what everyone should do

Poor customer service. Understand their hands are tied when it comes to warranty issues, but maybe work with better warranty companies??? Part was ordered after dealing with warranty hoops, then did not notify us the part was actually back ordered until 16 days later.
