My last visit was to complete a warrany issue. This particular repair required a longer time-the dealer provided transportation to back home and the next day arranged transportation back to dealer. Completed as promised in a timely fashion with minimal inconvenience. I'd highly recommend.

I had a very nice man that worked in the boss shop, he must of been a supervisor, I took my truck there and he came out and looked at a spot on my truck that had the paint off and he Said that he saw a little rust, so I have a little pen that had red touch up paint, and this man took my truck into the shop and touched up the bad area, PLUS there was a area in the front of my truck where I hit a garage door and left sone paint on my front ... Front facing people are great but I had to call and talk about a problem from an oil change. Typical talk down to you cause I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Isn’t there training these guys could take? Heaven forbid theses guys try to understand what I’m saying without the perfect words you use in the shop. I said “I was just in to an oil change and they replaced both filters, would I get charged for you to look at the filter since it’s causing a sound right after you replaced it”
